Dolphin Exhibitions proposes to form a Barter Agreement for both parties to exchange reciprocal promotional services until the end of 2017. Key Media Partner web page on our Web Site up to the end of the Exhibition calendar year. The web page content is controlled by the Media Partner, who can make changes during this period via personal log in.

Event Listing on the Media Partner’s website until the Exhibition calendar year end
Featured banner ad (leaderboard or MPU) on the Media Partner’s website until the Exhibition’s calendar year end. Where banners are uploaded based on fixed impressions, a schedule of visibility (rather than permanent presence) throughout the campaign period might be negotiated.
Social media announcements or e-newsletter listings where possible on at least 2 occasions in Exhibitions campaign duration.
Option 2: Media Centre Distribution Service:
All Digital Media Partner Services, plus:
Media Centre Distribution Service of your Publication, including replenishment throughout each event. This facility has been developed for major international publications which require proper presentation at the Exhibition without the expense and logistics issues of organizing their own stand. The IPDC is manned by Dolphin Exhibitions to ensure that publications are continuously offered to visitors and exhibitors on a controlled basis.
Each Media Centre member is allocated their own web page on our Web Site upon confirmation of their reservation, up to the end of the Exhibition’s calendar year. The web page content is controlled by the Media Centre member, who can make changes during this period via personal log in.

Equivalent of 2 x full page A4, full colour advertisements in the printed publication. Issue date(s) to be agreed within the promotional period before the Exhibition.
Arrange for shipment of current publication copies to be delivered to the Organiser’s Press Office before the opening of the Exhibition.
Option 3: Exhibition Stand Service:
All Media Centre Distribution Services, plus:
Full Exhibitor Status, including:
12 square metre shell scheme stand equipped with: Lighting and one electrical socket, Carpet, One coffee table, Four chairs, One storage cupboard, One information counter, Waste paper bin, Literature holder, Fascia board with exhibitor name and stand number and Stand cleaning.
